Cinnamon is considered a warming spice in Ayurveda. In our masala, cinnamon is the base.
Ginger
Not only popular as a fresh tuber, we use dried ginger from Sri Lanka. Our long-term goal is to source ginger from Europe. We are currently still working on gentle drying, which in the "usual" countries is done by the sun itself, which is extremely low in CO₂.
cardamom
Our capsules are green and crisp. In our masala, the cardamom is allowed to develop fully in the cauldron. Not everyone's cup of tea, which is why a particularly balanced and well-rounded mixture was the be-all and end-all for us.

Carnations are the dried flower buds, we let them bloom again in the cauldron.
Chili
Yes read correctly. We don't take pepper... Why? Therefore. Pepper has the property of leaving a somewhat bitter aftertaste. You can't say the same about chili. Chili just pops sexy hot on the tongue. Our masala is balanced and spicy and has only a slight spiciness in the finish.

How is your syrup used?
Simply mix 1 to 10 with frothed milk (alternative) of your choice. Hot, cold, with espresso or black tea. You have no limits.
How long does an opened bottle keep?
With proper treatment, opened without problems up to 6 months.
What is the general shelf life?
2 years. Thanks to the amber glass bottle, the contents are also protected from UV exposure. The taste of the product is still impeccable two years after production.
How much does a finished chai cost me?
The syrup costs you from €0.67 to €0.57 per chai - you have to add the costs for the milk.
