Subscription, Pre-Order & Try Before You Buy Terms
Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or “try before you buy.” These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email. From there, you can access and manage your subscription settings.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock but will be available soon.
At checkout, we may either:
- not charge you immediately, or
- charge a partial payment
In both cases, your payment method will be stored, and the remaining or full amount may be charged at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
When you choose to try a product before purchasing, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return the product within this period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
