At Black Sense, every step is done by hand. We consciously take the time that good craftsmanship requires. Our spices are freshly ground and cooked in large pots with sugar and water so that they can develop their full aroma. That is the secret of our intense, spicy flavor: time. After cooking, the syrup is carefully filtered and bottled while still hot. This ensures a long shelf life – without any preservatives. Each bottle is then labeled and packaged. Every step is done in-house, including storage and shipping within Europe.
